NEW PLAYERS: We ask that you register for an account on our site before attending your first game. This is because your account is also tied to your player profile (which will also include your character sheet once that functionality becomes available). Having an account means you can participate in all aspects of our site including our Forums. You can register in the widget on the left side bar or on the grey bar at the very top of the site.
If you know you are going to attend an event consider signing up in advance. This way we will have a space reserved for you, and if you make your character during Preregistration we will have your packet all ready to go at check in. Also if you pre-register you will save $10 off admission to the game. In order to pre-register we must receive your payment no later than 2 weeks before the event unless otherwise posted (such as when the campsite schedules our events closer than usual). This can be done by online payment. Payments may be made using a credit or debit card by utilizing paypal below. If you are paying for your child or friend, or using a paypal account that does not have your name on it, please put the name of the person the registration is intended for in the information box. Additionally if you are a NEW player, please enter “Referred by” and the name of the referring existing player in PayPal so we can credit them for recruiting you!
We do collect a small fee to cover expenses charged for online payment service.
If you preregister for an event and cannot make it you must contact us at least 1 week prior to the event so we can transfer your money to another event. If you fail to show up for an event you preregistered for without notifying us, or get suspended or expelled from the game for any reason the registration fee is forfeited.
Please consider pre-registering as it will allow us to better plan for the amount of new players we will have. Also, if you were referred by a current player, please enter their name on the notes field in PayPal.
